CH. TUROKA GLOBE’S CASINO RENOSE (CASEY) LIVERNOSE Ch. Turoka Globe’s Casino Renose (Casey)
Ch. Kali’s Reno of Arkenstone, ROM x Ch. Kimbida’s Crackling Rose, ROM
OFA #RR-1422-T: Excellent Casey was bred by Bonnie Louden of Turoka Ridgebacks in Maryland and was whelped August 9, 1982. His pedigree is power packed with some of the breed’s all-time top winning/top producing dogs.At seven months old, Casey won his first points on the spring Raleigh circuit taking the points 2 out of 3 days including a 5-point major. He finished at 14 months of age with three majors. As a special, he had many quality Breed wins and often made the “cut” in the hound group. He was always owner handled. In the 1985 National Specialty in Houston, he was the second special pulled for breed. At eight years of age, CaseyWON THE VETERAN DOG CLASS AT THE 1990 NATIONAL SPECIALTY over very stiff competition (former multi-group placers and a multi-Best in Show dog) and was in the final cut for Best of Breed.Casey was 26 1/4″ tall, brown nose, weighed around 85 pounds. Casey had exceptionally good movement – such strong, powerful, effortless strides. His greatest benefit to us was his “body” from front to rear…compactly built with a strong topline, and a strong front and rear to support it. At his seminar in 1984, Dr. Quinton LaHam commented about Casey that, “he has what the old-timers would call a ‘classic middle piece'”.Casey’s wonderful temperament and easy going manners were revered by all who knew him. Casey was a true “gentleman” in every way. As a stud dog, Casey consistently produced get that were outstanding both in conformation and temperament.

The Wallaces latter bought a son of Glenaholm Cara’s, called Lord Sam who for some unknown reason or other, did not have the Glenaholm prefix.
